How do we get paid?

If you or your loved one moves into one of our recommended living options, we receive a referral fee from the facility, never from you.

Do the communities charge extra to accommodate The Passaro Group’s fees?

No. The communities benefit from working with us. They view us as part of their marketing department because we bring them qualified and appropriate residents.

Can The Passaro Group help me in other areas besides Los Angeles and Ventura County?

Yes! We have a strong out-of-area and out-of-state placement network that we can refer you to with confidence.

Can couples with different care needs reside together?

Yes! There are many different scenarios. We can go into detail and discuss your specific situation during our initial conversation and review the options.

Can my loved one have a pet in assisted living?

Absolutely! Many communities are pet-friendly and consider them a part of the family. Some will only allow cats, while others will allow cats and dogs (usually with a weight limit). In most communities, residents must be able to provide complete care for their pets or pay a monthly fee for pet care.
